One of my favorite things about being a Seattle family photographer is capturing my clients as they grow! Whether it’s babies being born and growing up, or couples celebrating milestone anniversaries. Getting to follow along this journey with them is nothing short of magical. I feel so lucky to have built friendships with so many of my clients – It’s really like getting to catch up with old friends every year! What a gift.
Seattle Maternity and Newborn Photographer
I thought it’d be fun to share a twofer – one family’s maternity & newborn sessions! This is by far my favorite combination to photograph. I love getting to meet mom & dad before baby arrives. It’s the calm before the storm. Life when it is just the two of them. Then, I get to check in with them just days after they’ve become parents! The uncertainty, the newness, the sleep deprivation. They fumble holding and transferring their little bundle of joy, scramble for burp cloths, and whisper sweetly as they change diapers. It really is the most precious thing to witness.
I especially love this session combination as they were both taken in the Jeohoy’s home. It is so special to see these two become three in their space! (Well 4 including their pup!!) Congratulations, Alvin & Ashley! Jaden is precious!
