At Home Family Session: Seattle Newborn Photographer
At Home Family Sessions
I am so thrilled to share the third at home family session I have done for this sweet family! I have been photographing the Eikes since James was a newborn himself. They recently welcomed their new baby girl to their family and it was such a treat to get to capture their joy. James is quickly adapting to his big-brother status. I know they have many happy years of playing together ahead of them! I always enjoy capturing a few lifestyle shots during at home family sessions. James playing with his guitar and toy truck were some of my favorite moments! Capturing kids in their natural element is so special. I know Meg & Brian will cherish those moments for years to come, too!
Nursery Inspiration
Baby Bridget's vintage floral nursery was too precious for words. I love the soft color palette of pinks and creams. I always say the nursery decor is nearly more for you than for baby - so make sure it's something you can all enjoy! Big, bold wallpapers are a great way to make a statement in your home. There are even lots of removable options for renters or people looking for an easy change!Navy & pastel pink is one of my all time favorite color combos. Brian & James had the perfect mix of pattern sizes, too! Brian's shirt was big and bold, while James's was small and delicate. Meg balanced them out with a solid, but textured, top & bottom. Family outfit inspiration goals for sure!!
