Maria & Scott: The Club at Snoqualamie Wedding
I'm so excited to share Maria & Scott's gorgeous wedding at The Club at Snoqualamie with you guys! But first. Ya'll. It's getting HOT here in Seattle!! & I know it's total first world problems, but Kevin & I live (and I work!) in an apartment without AC & it gets downright steamy in here! I try not to cook much in the oven to keep the temp down, but I still find myself sitting in front of the fans in a tank top & shorts! Y'all know I'm a major ice cream lover, so I may just have to walk myself over to Frankie & Jo's this afternoon for a little treat! Any-hoo - back to this beautiful celebration!!It always amazes me how small the world can be sometimes. Debra, the mother-of-the-bride, reached out to me on Maria's behalf. She's friends with a mom of a sorority sister & friend of mine from college - talk about 6 degrees of separation! I knew right away that they would be kind, wonderful people to work with - and at such a gorgeous venue, too! It feels like just yesterday that I was photographing Maryam & Faraz's wedding at The Club at Snoqualmie!
It was also a dream working with the ladies of Leigh and Mitchell Events. We've been following each other on Instagram for a while now so I was thrilled to finally give them a hug in person! Maria & Scott were one of the most easy going couples I've ever worked with. They were so happy to be getting married and enjoyed each minute of the day. Down to dancing their hearts out on the dance floor! The sun, clouds and mountains did some dancing throughout the day creating some intensely dramatic light. I could honestly stare at these beautiful mountains all day. Give me a joyful couple celebrating their love for each other in front of them & you've got one happy girl! Congratulations, Maria & Scott - here's to a lifetime of laughter & love! xx

I LOVED Meredith. She is so easy-going and naturally fits into the wedding scene. I'm such an awkward person with posed photoshoots, but she made it so incredibly easy and natural, and I didn't feel awkward at all. We got so many compliments from our guests about what a pleasure she was to be around at the wedding - she truly has an aura about her that lights up a room. Also, the photos she took were AMAZING. She captured so many priceless moments, and I cry looking back at the photos because she truly captured the love that my husband and I have for one another. She also turned the photos around so quickly, and we didn't have to wait 400 weeks to see them. Everyone needing a photographer should use Meredith. She'll feel like a part of your family and will give you such incredible keepsakes.
