Seattle Family Photographer: Holiday Mini Sessions

It has been a crazy week for a lot of reasons & it's not slowing down any time soon! Last weekend I welcomed 8 families into this gorgeous studio in Pioneer Square for my 2016 Holiday Mini Session Marathon! It was a whirlwind of little kiddos ranging in age from 4 months to 3 years, with several little siblings on the way. This was the first time I had hosted mini sessions in a studio and it was an awesome change of pace; I love how each family's personality filled the space (and I loved not having to worry about the rain forecast!). I have 8 more photo sessions to capture before Kevin & I head down to Costa Rica to shoot our friend Michelle & Darren's wedding next weekend, so thank you to all of my wonderful families & couples for being patient with emails & edits as I am in the thick of this bustling holiday season!Tonight I'll be volunteering for my third year in a row at the Get Hitched Give Hope gala. Each year I have been a part of this (and several of their other annual events) I've met incredible people in the wedding industry dedicated to giving back. Sponsors & volunteers donate their goods & time to raise money for the Dream Foundation - granting wishes to terminally ill adults. Last year the GHGH team raised $117,000. Incredible! This year's theme is "Havana Nights" so I'm excited to throw on some tropical flair! Cheers!
