The Best Family Session Locations
Families often ask me where they should take their family portraits. I always encourage my clients to consider where they love spending time together. Whether that is your local park, or in your home, there are so many options! I've rounded up a few of my favorites though to get those creative juices flowing. I've included a list of locations by region and vibe!

A bit further out of town: Suncadia, Cave B/the Gorge, Olympic Peninsula, Mount Rainier, North Cascades, Mount Baker, Deception Pass, along Highway 2 (Sultan, Gold Bar, Skykomish) - the sky's the limit! I do charge additional mileage/travel fees for locations outside a 30mi radius of Seattle city center, but LOVE exploring new places with my families + going on adventures with you!!
Cozy at Home
Always a favorite! I love getting to document families in the comfort of their own home!
Studio sessions are also an option! I don't have a studio of my own, but I have a handful of studios on my list + photographer friends that I can rent space from! You'll most typically see me using a studio space for Mommy & Me Minis + Holiday Tiny Session marathons!
I hope this helps give you some inspiration for planning your next session! Again, I am always happy to explore new places, especially ones that have special meaning to you!
