Winter Beach Engagement Session

Who says you can't go to the beach in the winter? I loved getting to document Tracey & Brice's engagement on the shores of the Puget Sound last month. Tracey works part time at Anthropologie, so it was no surprise that her outfits for the session were on point - the cloudy skies coordinated perfectly with their casual white & blue color scheme! Your ensembles don't have to be over the top to make an impression - especially during an engagement session when the photos are all about your love! Congratulations you two - best of luck planning your Texan nuptials! What better way to warm up after our shoot than with a hot cup of coffee? I absolutely love the look of Cafe Umbria in Ballard! Perfect exposed brick walls, broken-in leather couches & authentic Italian pottery coffee mugs! Kevin & I are busy busy prepping & moving over to our new apartment before we head to Whistler for Christmas (and then Idaho for new years!) - Lots of trim to paint, pictures to hang & diy projects to complete in the coming weeks, but we are so excited to make this spot our new home!
