I recently shared on Instagram that Kevin and I just bought our first house! We are over the moon excited to be moving back to Ballard in Seattle and to settle into our adorable 1919 craftsman. Owning a house has always meant so much more to Kevin and me than just having a place to live. It means putting down roots, and building a home together. We have loved each apartment we’ve lived in over the years for different reasons, but this means finally accomplishing a goal that we have worked so hard to achieve.
Photographing these beautiful in-home lifestyle sessions for my clients always has me daydreaming about the space where I would get to photograph our own little family. Capturing the big and small milestones year after year. I am always grateful to capture families in their space – celebrating this unique time in their lives. Jude was so playful and sweet during his one-year at home session. The living room was filled with joyful sunshine! Congrats to these parents who made it through year #1!
