I absolutely loved welcoming 7 incredible mamas & their bebes to my studio on Mother’s Day for Mommy & Me Minis!! I have adored watching my sisters, friends, and clients become mothers and I thought that fun, 15 minute portrait sessions to celebrate this incredible relationship would be one of the greatest ways to spend the day! Moms (especially my mom-photographer friends) are so often the ones taking the pictures so they don’t get to be in them as often as they should. Having a few photos of me with my mom from when I was a baby is so special & I know all of these babies will appreciate these photos when they grow up (and the moms get to enjoy them now!)! It was a total blast having a range of ages from not-yet-born to grandmothers (photographing three generations of women was truly incredible) in the studio – I really wanted to celebrate these women and I think they especially appreciated the mimosas ; ) I am loving working in my new studio space & can’t wait to photograph a couple more sessions there today!
