One of Kevin’s and my absolute favorite parts of our honeymoon in Thailand was taking a Thai cooking class! We got to tour the local market to see the ingredients & cook all kinds of fabulous dishes. From making our own curry paste to frying up spring rolls, we learned all of the different techniques and flavor profiles of thai cooking. My personal favorite was mango sticky rice & I cannot wait to make it at home! We got a recipe book with all of the wonderful recipes and once we get our craving back for Thai food (hasn’t happened yet haha) we are sure to put on a huge feast! Cheers!
