6 Months Old
I think 6 months old might be one of my new favorite ages to photograph!! They are so giggly at this age! I play a lot of peek-a-boo during sessions like this one, and that twinkle in their eye is so worth the extra squat work out! I met baby Gabriel back when he was just a few days old and he and his family immediately caught my heart! They welcomed me into their home for both their newborn & growing session. It is so cool to do both in this neutral comfortable space because now they can compare side by side how much their sweet boy has grown!
Tiny Baby Features
When I arrived, Gabriel was still sleeping tucked in the covers of his parent’s bed. I rarely get to photograph babies so peacefully asleep, so I took advantage and grabbed my macro lens. I couldn’t get enough of his delicate long eyelashes, his sweet little lips, or the curve of his nose. Babies are just so beautiful and sweet! Once he woke up we had fun playing around. His pure joy when he pet their dog, Lucy, was priceless. I can just hear his giggles looking at these photos. I can’t wait to see the sweet boy this baby grows in to!
